Team extension goes wrong when it is really outsourcing wearing a different name: a separate team, a separate backlog, a weekly status call, and an integration problem at the end of every sprint.
Ours join yours. Your repository, your ticket tracker, your definition of done, your standup. They are reachable during your working hours and they raise problems directly to the people who can decide, rather than through an account manager.
That makes the commercial shape flexible in a way hiring is not. Scale up for a delivery push and back down afterwards, without a redundancy conversation — and without spending three months and a recruiter fee to find out whether someone is any good.
From €60 per hour excluding BTW, billed hourly, on a monthly retainer, or as a dedicated full-time allocation. The rate does not change with the commercial model — a retainer buys predictability, not a discount for locking yourself in.
Outsourcing hands over a scope and returns a result. Team extension hands over nothing: our developers work in your repository, your process and your standups, and are managed as part of your team. If you want a scope delivered end to end instead, that is product development.
There is no minimum term. We ask for a notice period long enough to hand work over properly rather than one designed to keep you paying — usually a month for a full-time allocation, less for part-time.
We are based in the Netherlands and work Central European Time, so we overlap fully with the rest of the EU and the UK, and through the morning with the US East Coast.
